First of all i want to SHOUT "I am happy!!"

I have done selling my food from 8:00am till 2:00pm. I really nervous and excited to be the leader chef for today. The photoes below are my dishes that I willing to introduce. There are appetizer, main course and dessert.

My menu..i really love it because i made it!

Croquette potato tuna filling

Black pepper chicken with balsamic cream sauce and Thai salad in lettuce wrapper

Strawberry and blueberry cream chees layer cake

After this i want to tell you the truth of my sauce for the appetizer and main course^^".
Actually the recipe is can not exactly follow. I really used my simply way to solve it and it is not work certainly in my opinion. I did not want to talk about the sauce at all. Unexpectly my guests liked it and asked for more>.<...how much am i happy i think you can not imagine.haha Ps.OHHHHHH,p'sum kaa. nong meain kor tod jing jing tee mai dai take away anything for p - -"

Next two weeks my group will do Thai foods. There are four dishes which are Tom yum, crab cake, steam fish with sour & spicy dressing and Tab tim krob.hehe...I think "@"want to reserve the dessert afther this.^^

Hello^O^. today i would like to introduce you about Thai dessert....it's YUMMY!!



The first dish i want to suggest is sticky rice and ripe mango.Thai call Kaw neaw mamoong. i just ate it><. the sticky rice is soo sofe, chewy and delicious with coconut milk pour on the top.

It is a sticky rice boil with coconut milk eat with ripe mango. we usually sprinkle some roasted soybean on top for more tasty.The sticky rice can be coloring by natural ingredient. Yellow color from curcuma. Orange color from carrot.


Green color from Pandan. Purple color from a butterfly pea.


Red color from beetroot. Pink color from bougainvillea.

The second dish is Look Choob.^^sound cute. it is a mash bean, color and dip it in jelly liquid. we commonly make it into fruit shape.

This is one of my favorite Thai dessert. it is called Tong Yod.

it has a rich sweet taste. it consist of yolk and sugar. i think you can imagine how sweet it is ^^ but i love it.

Next, it is my favorite, J'kul love it too. Foy Tong! actually it is the same ingredient as Tong Yod i think. Exactly it is rich of sweet.

This is MY MOST FAVORITE >< Tong Yib^^..i think you already noticed about the name,isn't it? "Tong" it means golden as yellow color. you learn Thai word for this blog already. eiei:D

This is the last Thai dessert that i want to represent. it is a rare dessert nowadays. It called Ja Mong Kood.
I heard that Ja mong kood is difficult to do too. ^^ it has a neat and fine shap. Do u think so?

i love to sing ! i love to play a music ^_^.it's my favorite.

i will sing and play the music whenever i want to express my feeling; happy, enjoyable, upset, sad. i think im lucky that i have chances to learn some instruments expectially Thai instruments. im so proud of them.

when i was 9 years old i started to interested in Dulcimer or Kim in Thai language. i love Kim a lot^^. i spent my time to learn it school weekdays for 1 hour and on weekend 3 hours. After that Mama bought it for me(^_^). Mama gave this chance for me. thank you, mama. it was 2 years i learnt Kim till i got the certificate. Oh, i almost forget to tell my teacher's name. His name is Mr.Chanan. i called him Ah Jarn,Chanan. Ah jarn means teacher. he is really kind to me eventhough other said he is strict.

After that i have chance to play Ning Nong. Usually Thai school, every student and teacher will sing National Anthem in every moring around 8am in front of a flag pole which have two person, girl and boy, hoist the flag from the bottom to the top. it is a musical band for playing the song. I was 1 of the team.

During that time i have a good chance again to learn another Thai instrument.

it is called Ja ke in Thai. i was interested in during i learnt Dulcimer.

it was my next challenge. i am so happy to have a really good chance to learn it but it was a short time only because i was graduated from high school after that.

i still miss Ja ke untill now. Actually Mama wants to buy it for me but i think if i have it i might be able to open Thai instrument band already. hahaha. ^O^so i refused. Mama always support me. i always play Dulcimer everytime i go back to my hometown and miss Ja Ke in the same time.

I stay in Penang, Malaysia, nowadays. i want to play Thai instrument sometimes and i discovered that i started to interest one more Thai instrument ^^" am i too greedy? 55+

It is called Sor in Thai but Er hu in Chinese. it almost the same but it is different. This time i learn it by myself. it quite hard but i will not give up easily. Papa bought it for me and allow me to bring it here.hehe...muah!!!

i still have 1 more target instrument. it is Guzherg, Chinese instrument.^^ i hope one day at least i can touch and try it.

that's all my instrument experience...next i willing to share with you about my Singing competition^O^. Yup!! Singing competition.

Maybe someone think that i am a shy person but i never shy for whatever i love and crazy. haha

i used to think i want to be a singer before. Now i want to own baker shop \(^O^)/i love to sing same as my second sister, j'kul.

My first chance was i called to the radio station to join a singing and get a gift whoever be the winner.

it was me everytime i joined.^^ Dont' believe it,isn' it? hahaha. i agree..

My second chance was i joined a singing competition and a singer came to judge 3 competitors who sang her song. i was the winner. ^^".

My last chance was in a singing competition again but this time i sang on the stage. ><><>

This is all my story. i think you know me more, RIGHT? ^^
